By BIG RED NEWS EDITOR Last issue, we reported that Charles Giuliano will be retiring from his position as director of the gallery at the New England School of Art and Design. The exhibition “Charles Giuliano: A Retrospective” opened this past week, and Charles was met with heartfelt goodbyes. This week NESAD announced that James Manning will be taking over for Giuliano as gallery director.
