Andi Sutton is an artist whose practice explores the ways that performance art methodology can create new models for community building and social engagement. She produces work in the collectives The National Bitter Melon Council and Plotform, as well as Platform2: Art and Social Engagement (through 2013), and sustains a solo and collaborative practice with poets, artists, media activists, farmers, chefs, and more. In addition, she manages the Graduate Consortium in Women's Studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
