Create the Vote
For the first time in twenty years, Boston will elect a new Mayor. For the first time in ageneration, the City will hear a robust discussion of its strengths and challenges and discuss a vision of our City for the next five to ten years.
As leaders and supporters of the arts, cultural and creative community, we need to make sure that our issues are part of that discussion. While theBoston creative scene is vibrant and has impact, we know we can do better. We need to make sure that the next Mayor of Boston is not just a supporter of our work, but a true champion of the creative community.
Join us to learn what you can do to make sure that both the Mayoral candidates and Boston voters make arts and culture one of their priorities.
We will have food and drinks, performers from our city’s vibrant arts community, and some simple actions that you can take to make a big difference in this year’s Mayoral campaign.
5—7pm / Free.
