Considering the Future: A Discussion with Andi Sutton
Join WORK OUT artist Andi Sutton’s story telling circle. As each participant selects an action, person, animal, plant, or social structure that they either mourn, fear, or hope will become extinct in the near or the long term future, a poignant discussion emerges about the changing earth, changing landscape, loss, and extinction.

Samsøn is proud to present an exhibition of custom bridal dresses and ball gowns by fashion designer Rose Cherubini. For the month of August of 2013 to commemorate her 100th birthday, her work, archives and other materials will be on view.

Montserrat College of Art, Montserrat Gallery, 23 Essex Street, Beverly, MA
Seven: A Performative Drawing Project
Seven artists who are invited to draw directly onto one of seven walls in the Montserrat Gallery, over a seven-week time frame, June 3 — August 8. Each artist participating in this exhibition will individually contribute work to one of the seven walls in the gallery. This exhibit focuses on each artist’s performative and personal approach to creating his or her site-specific artwork. During each weekly installation the gallery will be open allowing for viewers to witness the artist’s practice.
Closing Party: Thursday, August 8, 6-8pm
