Cathy McLaurin is an interdisciplinary artist, integrating performance, video, photography, drawing, and bookmaking with storytelling, history, and reflection upon family, place, and society. In her investigative practice, research operates as both content and form. She is currently Visiting Faculty in Performance and Senior Thesis Program at The School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
