This past month, a fire in Watertown changed the lives of several Boston artists and musicians. Among them was Dave Norton, a close friend of Big RED & Shiny, and a well-known artist and musician with bands such as Certainly, Sir and Victory At Sea.

On Saturday, August 13th, The Middle East will host a benefit event for the victims of this unfortuate tragedy. Bands like Victory At Sea; Helms; Certainly, Sir; Prime Movers; Madman Films; Dirty Holiday; Dorkbot; Tramps Like Us; Modelo '78; Tiny Amps; Big Bear; Fragile; and Wild Zero will be on hand to make your generosity worthwhile.

The event is 18+, $10 and starts at 6pm.
